Alright, so I don't know if I can actually make an 'official thread,' but I'm going to make an attempt. I see threads about C/S, but they're all usually based on one specific topic about it.

Here we can talk about anything from favorite C/S foods to concerns about this disordered habit.

Please, NO bashing people on this thread. I want this to be a safe space for people struggling with this. (:

she already knew about my anorexia (i've been seeing a therapist for a while.) she also knew that i chew and spit, but she thought i stopped.

she was just like, "what is this, aisha?" really sad-like and i felt horrible, because i knew that to a normal person this was just nasty and confusing.

"do you still do this?" "no mom i stopped months ago!"

one of them was from the night before BUT SHE DON'T GOTTA KNOW DAT

I line mugs with paper towel and spit into them, then dump them in the garbage can. They're covered with paper so no one ever knows. I've lost almost 15 pounds so far!! I always eat other food while I chew and spit the other half though. I swallow the healthy food, spit out the carby foods.

Just what I needed, I've been looking for others. I relapsed after 8 years recovered. I have a fucking plastic bag full in front of me atm. I mostly feel guilty about how the food is completely wasted, there is no point spending money on this.

I usually line myself up with coke zero, and chew and spit a combo of ice cream and potato chips. I find that I can taste more of both icecream and potato chips if I alternate the bites between them. Then I fill myself up until I feel sick on coke zero and sparkling water.

If anybody is tempted to try this I wish I could show them pictures of the gross plastic bags of spit and chewed up food. It is disgusting. Heck, it can even make me actually vomit at times. The weight of the bag makes me really happy I didn't actually swallow any of it though, but I add an another 50 kcal to my charts, just in case I swallowed some small bits, I know I am covered.

I can c/s almost anything effectively at this point, with the exception of things that melt fast, or cereal because I always want it with milk...

I love to c/s bread. My favorite thing to put huge amounts of peanut butter or nutella or something like that and condense it to a sandwich, and then c/s a plain piece of bread to get all the weird pieces out/clean up.

If you alternate c/s bites of chocolate and nuts, I believe less chocolate liquid will go down your throat lol

I've started doing this thing where I weigh my food before spitting, and after. I always try to have the weight be more afterwards, because of the ziploc and saliva.

I had a full on c/s session yesterday! At first it was just bread crackers and then I was like "well I've made it this far might as well keep going" and did potato chips, chocolate fudge ice cream (with cookie dough!), and rice. As much as I enjoyed the taste it drained so much energy out of me. I don't think that's going to be the last time though  :P

When I c/s I always gather the biggest mouthful of food possible, chew until I'm satisfied, then spit it out and wrap it in toilet paper to flush down the toilet. That way no crumbs remain floating in the toilet bowl.

Just c/s some chips and a doughnut. The doughnut was really easy, but the chips kept getting stuck in my teeth.
