I'm new to this, how long does it normally take get all of a binge out? Idk how long to continue a purge... like until my stomach feels empty?

I have to use a toothbrush. My fingers are too short and hard to use. Doesn't get the job done.

I use vinyl gloves when I purge(like the kind in food prep)
Is that safe?

This is a great post.

Can I ask, why avoid soda? I rarely purge, but when I do I've found that drinking a ton of diet soda while eating helps the food come up faster.

you can use disposable food prep gloves so your hands and nails don't scratch or get ruined

I have found that this actually aids the gag reflex and as you said helps to prevent accidental scratches.
