I'm glad you put a list out for all the younger girls or newbies.  Tip I learned (not that anyone should do it long term) take bone mineral and calcium every morning for your teeth it helps keep your teeth strong.  My best friend even coconut oil pulls and her teeth are so white and she purges pretty often (that damn Taco Bell $1 menu she has high anxiety don't judge her).  Low sodium chicken broth works if your head starts hurting I don't know why maybe the electrolyte thing but it works.

Good advice! Liquids are a lot easier to pass as well over solid foods.

I agree with all of those points. I might try to get some Powerade, seems like a good idea.

I could never purge with a toothbrush anyway.

not sure if it's been said but my dentist said to chew antacids or rinse with water and bicarbonate of soda to neutralise stomach acid I think but you can get these things from lush called 'toothy tabs' meant to be used instead of tooth paste and I chew one of those after but don't brush cause they're basically just bicarb and mint flavour.

Is purging with a toothbrush that bad? When I use my hand I feel like it's harder to get the food out because my hand is blocking my mouth...

Never knew the baking soda trick. Will definitely be doing that now.
