For those of you craving little low-calorie snacks (and are comfortable with eating them), I found these:

1 cup grapes - 62 calories

1/3 cup dry oats cereal - 70 calories

1 cup tomato soup - 74 calories

20 pistachios - 80 calories

half a baked potato with salsa - 84 calories

8 baby carrots with hummus - 90 calories

3/4 cup frozen mango cubes - 90 calories

1/4 cup edamame - 92 calories

fourteen almonds - 98 calories

cottage cheese and cantaloupe - 100 calories

6 cups of microwave popcorn - 100 calories

1/2 cup of slow churned ice cream - 100 calories

;) add anything you like!

Really needed this, thanks!

Adding to the mini milk thing - the ice lollies that look like mini milks but are fruity are only 25 calories or so, depending on the brand. Doesn't look as good to your family but they're cheaper, lower in calories and really refreshing after a workout.

My faves are vegetable sticks (carrot, cucumber, celery, etc.) and/or cherry tomatoes with cottage cheese.  Nibbling on multi-grain Ryvita, wholegrain rice cakes or mini oatcakes (30-40 cals each) works too.  And Fage Total authentic 0% Greek yogurt's good too, but it's a bit pricey over here so I don't buy it any more.

^^ I agree. Rice cakes are great! I get the lightly salted ones and they're 35 calories each. I take small bites and chew thoroughly and I'm no longer hungry after eating one. Highly recommend.

Personally I love any of the supposedly "negative calorie foods". Even if they arent really negative calories they are really low so its good either way!  :)

Here a list:

Fruits

apple
cranberries
grapefruit
lemon
mango
orange
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerine

Vegetables

asparagus
beet
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrot
cauliflower
celery
Chile peppers (hot)
cucumber
dandelion
endive
garden cress
garlic
green beans
lettuce
onion
papaya
radishes
spinach
turnip

hope that helps! :D

I recently discovered Alpen Light cereal bars, they have a chocolate one that is 65 kcal per bar! I absolutely love it, it's great when I crave something sweet! :D

Real Foods Corn Thins are 46 calories for two cakes and I use 2 Tbsp of Guiltless Gourmet Spicy Black Bean dip for 40 calories, so 86 total and very filling
