Anyone has had good results with the egg mono diet if so tell me

I had the same result with egg as wirh chocolate. About a pound a day. I have been flipping back and forth between the two because my cravings get too bad. I must say I feel more nourished and better in general with egg . Chocolate diet feels like fasting to me. Like with headaches and such.

I didn't but i only managed it for a day. If i done it longer i think i wouldve lost weight. But i agree with the other post, i felt very full eating them and even had to force myself to eat dinner.

How many eggs did you eat in general?

I like to try it but I'm scared I'll be too hungry because it's literally zero carbs.

And did you use salt? How about some lemon juice for taste?

I know it should probably be without oil but can I use spray oil to make omelettes?

I'm in the middle of a one day egg mono. I had four eggs so far (2 hardboiled and two scrambled in a non-stick pan with a quick whisper of Pam to keep them from sticking). I am about to hit the gym for two hours of cardio. I don't feel great or full of energy but I didn't on the apple mono I did, either. But I will say the eggs are sticking with me much better. I am not hungry, at least so far, which was not the case with the apple.

I'm allowing myself up to eight eggs, as needed. The ana-lyser did twelve for hers, so I feel safe with that limit.

so with the egg mono diet - you just eat eggs during it? also do you eat just the whites or both the whites and yolk?

Yep just eggs. And i think you can have either egg whites or the whole egg, its up to you.
