i was kinda lost for a second because i posted this in december lol. but thank you guys anyhow!
ive tried a coconut oil mono to try putting me into ketosis which was absolutely disgusting and i did it for 4 maybe 5 days and lost 6lbs, super gross though, i cringe everytime i see it, smell coconut, or brush my teeth with it. i dont reccomend it unless you have a strong stomach for eating pure solid saturated fat. yuck. it does work though. but still, really gross.
and ive tried the nut mono and it works, i noticed my skin gets really oily (could be from something else, but i noticed it especially when i did this) and that i end up snacking all day (on nuts, but still) and thats not a behavior i like. haha
