Day 23: Goal ~643 kcal and results of Day 22

CW (as of the morning of May 7th): 67.9 kg/149.7 lb (not as bad as I expected, considering the massive amounts of food I ate on the 5th and 6th, and not having the chance to exercise - I'm actually back to the weight I was at on the 5th!)

So after Monday's calorie bomb, I figured I would watch what I ate yesterday and then work out on the bike to bring myself back down under the daily limit, or even into a deficit. Didn't happen. I had a freelancer fuck up 4 files beyond repair, to the point where I had to just delete what she'd done and start all over from scratch at certain points. So I ended up working 6 hours overtime and sending my files out at 11 p.m. But the fun didn't stop there. Oh no, when I got in this morning, I was checking emails and realized that our project management system had decided that one of my files was corrupt, so I couldn't access it at all. Was able to find an older copy of the file, and spent most of today fixing it again.
On top of this, I've been elected to be a guinea pig for a new cloud system that we'll be moving to eventually. And it sucks. I haven't even been using it 20 minutes and it sucks.
I was so pissed off I didn't get to work out last night like I wanted to. I really hate this freelancer now, even more so than before.
So today, I've stuck with mostly liquids, but I think I may cave and have a cookie after all, along with another cup of coffee. I can't completely fast because I will have to eat dinner with the girls, but it's fish, so it'll be pretty low calorie. Then I'm going to do some calisthenics once the girls have gone to bed. That should keep my calorie count to under 400 today, if I can keep away from the sweets.
Now, I've calmed own a bit with regard to the challenge goal because even with my massive calorie intakes from yesterday and Monday, I added all the others together and, even if I do fall off the wagon a little, I will still have something like 740 calories net for tomorrow. Thank goodness I worked out at a deficit of -15 net kcals on Saturday and had a net intake of 152 on Sunday. Those really saved me.
