Today's goal is actually 352 calories because I binged on Monday and ate "normally" (so at my MFP limit) on Tuesday, so the 352 is all I have left out of the 4,500 total calorie intake for this week. Although I've already gone past this, even with my exercises planned in. So it looks like I'll be doing a bit more this evening, especially if I have to eat dinner. I literally could not stop myself this morning. I had a Monster because I was up until 2 a.m., and while normally I do okay with that most of the time, today I am dragging ass. And I have a bad, old habit of eating a sausage roll for breakfast when I have a Monster for breakfast. So delicious, but so high in calories. I'll probably have some broth around lunch time, but not sure what we'll be doing for dinner since the hubs has vetoed Friday Night Fries/Friday Fry Day until the girls learn to eat "real" food, i.e. the healthy dinners we cook the rest of the week, without bitching and moaning about it all the time. There aren't enough leftovers from last night though.
I really can't focus on anything today. Some of it has to do with being tired and the rest has to do with job stress. I just can't even think to do anything. Luckily, I have half a day today. I need to run to the store and pick up some more boxes of juice, since they make a great, low-cal frozen treat for me.
I'm kind of dreading Mother's Day, since I know I'm going to be offered treats that will shoot my intake through the roof and I can't decline since I don't want to raise suspicions. Luckily, my net limit for that day is 900 calories, so I'm sure if I ride the bike (which I will), I can definitely keep at or below this number.
I much prefer having set goals for the day, rather than this approximate value. It seems easier to stick to that way, rather than leaving it up to me to decide on my own.
