So yesterday should have been major restriction, but turned into major binge. The only "exercise" I got was cutting and chopping up veggies for dinner.

So I already mentioned the Monster energy drink and the sausage roll breakfast in my other post. Well, kids, it just went downhill from there. Someone had the brilliant idea to order from the sandwich shop, and before I knew it, I'd ordered one of my fave sandwiches: about 6 king prawns smothered in garlic mayo, with tomatoes and watercress sprouts (although they must have been out since it was regular bib lettuce this time). I inhaled it in about 15 minutes flat. :(

Since I was already heading downhill, I just went ahead and gorged at dinner too. I made a stir-fry recipe I found in the Betty Crocker cookbook: summer garden chicken stir-fry. But I had to use slightly different veggies since we didn't have all the ones the recipe called for. I used carrots, yellow and green bell peppers and cauliflower (the latter came straight from our garden! So proud of that fact, lol). It was so, so good that I ate a double helping. :(

So I'm going to try not to be too hard on myself about the fact that I ate 2,140 calories in total yesterday and instead move on.

this was like me yesterday. its so easy to just let things go downhill when you make one mistake.

well done for losing 7lb in like 25 days though. im at a plateau so I cant even lose now, so pissed off

Way too easy! It's almost mindless, which is the scary part. No control whatsoever. Thanks! I probably would have done better without the 3 days of bingitude, but que sera, sera, right? And I effin' HATE plateaus. I was stuck on one at around 72 kg for about half a year and it was driving me insane. I hope you can find something that finally breaks it!
