Stats for May 13th:

Net kcals: 429
SW (on April 15th): 70.2 kg/154.5 lb
CW (as of the morning of May 14th): 67.6 kg/149 lb

Muscle mass %: 33.2
Fat %: 31.8
Water weight %: 46.8

So yesterday felt like a failure, although technically, my total intake was "only" 1,812 calories. My percentages are fluctuating like crazy, so I don't know how reliable they are. I am happy to see the weight going back down after the Mother's Day binges of last week.

So here's how yesterday looked, food-wise:

Breakfast: Apple juice, a snack box of orange juice (frozen), 2 Special K cereal bars
Lunch (aka binge): baguette about the length of my forearm, loaded with américain préparé (go here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steak_tartare#Europe, look for Belgium), bread&butter pickles (which I don't even LIKE, except on this sandwich), chili peppers, Tabasco sauce and sweet&hot sauce. It sounds really, really gross, but is so delicious when you're in the middle of the spicy high.
Dinner: 60 grams of pork sausage, 100 grams of boiled potatoes and 100 grams of boiled cauliflower in a 1/2 cup of white butter sauce (I actually had twice this on my plate, but made myself stop).
Snacks (aka binge): a spritz cookie, 2 After Eight mints, an apple, brownies, 4 gummy frogs, a single-serve package of potato chips, 2 giant hollow chocolate Easter eggs, the Belgian equivalent of a Slim Jim "meat stick" (purged these last 3 things), various cups of coffee with cream and fake cane sugar cubes, water with Crystal Light drops.

I rode the bike long enough to burn 1,383 calories. I wanted to get up to at least 1,700 but my girlie bits and ass started to hurt too much, even with my padded cycling undies on. Plus, my legs started feeling all weird and tingly and I was getting a tiny bit dizzy for some odd reason, so I thought I better stop before I did something stupid, since I was the only adult in the house.
Sigh, so today, I'm only allowing myself one Monster, fruit and a bit of whatever I make for dinner for the girls since I don't want them to see me skip meals and the hubs isn't here to distract them. Then going to try (and probably fail) to fast on Thursday. One good thing about Monsters, in addition to the appetite suppressant qualities, is that it acts like a laxative for me. And I suppose I'm also lucky in that it feels like food moves through me pretty quickly. Especially after we eat certain types of things for dinner, I can almost always be certain, due to the extremely loud sounds of my stomach, that'll I'll need to visit the loo right after.

I'm getting discouraged because I'm a little over half-way through and I haven't lost nearly what I was hoping. I doubt I'll be making it to 60 kg by June 3rd at this rate........
