Stats for June 1st:

Net kcals: 540 (goal was 875)
SW (on April 15th): 70.2 kg/154.5 lb
CW (as of the morning of May 31st): 66.1 kg/145.7 lb :( :angry: :mellow: :unsure: :wacko: :blink:

Muscle mass %: 34
Fat %: 30.3
Water weight %: 47.9

So the only thing that's changed, apart from the fact that I'm back into the fucking 66s again, is that my fat percentage has gone up by a 10th since the day before yesterday. Yesterday was another clusterfuck, food-wise. Breakfast was coffee with whipped cream and cane sugar and a chocolate eclair because it was there. I got the first bite in and didn't even really want it, which is unusual for me. But I ate it still.... because I'm fucked up.

The girls and I went for a 3.5 hour walk, which burned about 455 calories, which cleared off breakfast. But while we were out, we stopped at the grocery store and picked up a big baguette. So lunch, while on the go, since I was doing laundry at the same time, was 75 g of baguette with margarine, turkey salami and ham. Bread is my undoing.

And it only went down from there. I made homemade pizzas for dinner. Mine was probably a small, with olives, sauteed mushrooms, artichoke hearts, some ground beef and chorizo, with feta and mozzarella cheeses on homemade wheat crust. Plus, I bought some ready mixed Mojito cocktails at the grocery store too. I only ate about half the pizza, but I counted about 855 calories for it in total.

I made the hubs put the girls to bed and the monster took over. I shoved a sugar waffle and a hollow Easter egg down my throat in the 5 to 10 minutes that it took him to tuck them in.

Again, I wasn't going to exercise. I was mentally prepared for the consequences of not exercising and then the hubs started up again and I thought well, fuck. So I got on to the bike to burn about 800 calories. I also did laundry as well, hanging it out on the line and folding, etc.
