Stats and measurements for June 3rd:

Net kcals: 814 (goal was 1,000)
SW (on April 15th): 70.2 kg/154.5 lb
CW (as of the morning of June 3rd): 65.6 kg/144.6 lb - nearly a whole pound down from yesterday and so glad to be back in the 65s!

Muscle mass %: 34.1
Fat %: 30
Water weight %: 48.1


Waist in cm: 94.5 cm (start), 84 cm
Hips in cm: 110 cm (start), 100 cm
Bicep in cm: 29.5 cm (start), 30 cm
Thigh in cm: 59.5 cm (start), 58.5 cm
Baby belly flab: 101.5 cm (start), 95 cm

I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I got on the scale and took my measurements, especially after yesterday. I went crazy on the food. Breakfast was a Monster energy drink and a sausage roll because that's my morning after cure for having to work until 2 a.m. or later. Lunch was a Conference pear and 3 Special K cereal bars (kind of defeats the purpose of them being low cal if you're just going to shove them in your face one after the other). Dinner was 4 oz of pork chop, peas and mashed potatoes. Snacks were a chocolate soft multigrain bar with a Senseo café latte speculoos and fake cane sugar, a cup of green tea with more fake cane sugar and a snack box of frozen orange juice. Plus, I binged and pushed my total intake up to 2,316 calories because after the hubs left, I melted some generic Nutella in a little bowl and poured that over some strawberry ice cream and added two handfuls of raw almonds. I purged all that up and about half of my dinner with it, but I still added it all to my food diary.

Because I went crazy on the food, I had to burn off all the calories, or as much as I could, so after I put the girls to bed and got a load of laundry started, I got on the bike. I rode long enough to burn 1,652 calories according to my bike's computer. I watched a really interesting 3-part documentary called The Men Who Made Us Fat (this is the link to part 1) and got about half-way through the third part. Once I'm done with it, I'm going to start watching the other documentary related to this one called The Men Who Made Us Thin (this is the link to part 1). So far it's incredibly interesting and incredibly scary. Thanks to sylvie_sylphide for sharing!!

On a happy side note, I put on a US size 10 jean skirt that my "cousin" (the girl who I think was part of what triggered my disordered eating) bought me many years ago (as a cruel joke on me, I'm coming to suspect because she could have seen there was no well in hell I'd have fit in a size 10 back then) and that I've always only worn under long shirts, to cover up the fact that my belly made all the buttons across that part bulge and the button holes stretch, and it's LOOSE!! :D I can fit my entire fist and the width of a couple of fingers from my other hand between the skirt and my waist! YAY!
