So I had a bit of a meltdown on day 5 because I got my intakes mixed up. I spent the whole day thinking that my intake for that day was at 800 calories. WRONG! Try 200 calories!! I'd binged A LOT that day too, thinking I'd just purge it through exercise on the bike, but there was NO WAY I would have been able to work off the necessary amount of calories in the 3 hours that I had to do it in. Soooooo, I switched days with a 1,000-calorie day and worked off what I needed to on the bike.

I've been pretty good about not binging most other days and the weight finally seems to be coming off. I think that random spike back up into the 65's is due to pre-period water weight (it started today, joy of joys - not).

I find it much easier to restrict and stay under the limits this time around. Although I had a hell of a time yesterday, making it seem like I was eating/had eaten while at work and then again at home. I had to eat a little dinner because the hubs and the girls were watching, but I pretended that I didn't feel so good so I could get away with much, much smaller portions.

Today's limit is 400 and because period binging has driven up my intake, I'll be on the bike for a long while this evening. I'm hoping I can get the girls into bed early enough (the hubs is working until around 10:30) to get on the bike a little after 7, which means I should have burned what I need to burn by 11 at the latest, sooner if I can push it harder.
