i blend
8oz of milk (skim) [83 cals]
1/4 cup of raw spinach [2 cals]
5 blackberries [11 cals]
5 blueberries [4 cals]
1/8 serving mamma chia blackberry chia energy drink [15 cals]
and some ice and a bit of water Super easy and 115 cals

1- flatbread multigrain tortilla kinda thing
2 tbs marinara sauce
1/2 serving of turkey pepperoni
2 tbs mozzarella (shredded)

I also added some crushed red pepper and garlic powder :)

Top it however you'd like, bake it in the oven, top rack, 375 for 3-5 minutes :)

Olive oil spray (or you can use water)
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs of lime juice or lemon juice
2 green onions
2 tbs of soy sauce
and 1 tbs of sriracha
