started jogging again! even made myself a jogging belt to carry my phone and earphones and keys. it's kiiinda ugly, but hey, if it works - it works. now I just kinda wish I had better running shoes, because my old ones are literally ripping open. which is a shame because they survived two years with me in rain and mud and sun and heat. I even cut up my old leggings to make bike shorts.
I really wish I had some money to buy new shoes, something vaguely 90s-looking, big and blocky, with bright colors. oh well.
equipment aside, its nice to get back into it.
also, I started calorie-counting again. I really did relax too much while trying to quote-unquote, "recover". I'm trying to keep my intake under 1k calories for now.
