7 pounds down. A pound a day is working nicely!
I just started this project. Everyday in August, I plan on losing a pound. (I started at the v end of July)
This only works for me because I grew up being forced to do this because I was a wrestler. My system can just respond to this. It's damaged and unhealthy. So if you're reading this and want to try this, you might be discouraged and that's fine bc this is a horrible idea anyways.
I have been so lazy this summer. And if only I had this discipline at the start then I would have been perfect by now.
Since my motivation could only really snap now, I want to up it up. And lose faster.
My diet hasn't even changed.
Which is the great part.
