10am coffee. 1:12pm 2 slices of pizza. (330) 4:40pm cup of green tea w/ sugar packet. 6:20pm cheese & bologna sandwich.
I have been exercising every night for an hour at 9. It helps keep me on track and I don’t eat when I shouldn’t be. Plus it helps me get ready for bed.

Ate quit a bit of macaroni, but it was good. My sister brought some soup and rice crispy treats that I'm going to have tomorrow for lunch.

Lately I’ve been snacking late at night. Last night I ate a big bowl of cereal with coffee at 11pm.
The night before that I had a bowl of ice cream at 12am.
