Lunch I had a chicken & rice soup. (80) Supper a big cup of herbal tea.  
Lately I've been doing bad, right now I feel lost in everything. This weekend is coming up. I hope I can control my eating and stay hopeful in myself. I did plan on walking on the treadmill, but that obviously didn't happen.

3 pm I walked on the treadmill for 56 min and burned 236 calories.
