9:36am mixed berry yogurt, (140) banana, and honey oat cereal. 1:10pm 3 slices of thin crust pizza, about 10 minutes later I had 3 more slices. 6pm green tea.
4:10pm walked outside for 20 minutes, weather wasn’t so bad today.
