8am lemon poppy seed muffin & coffee. 1:41pm leftover spaghetti. 3:57pm cup of green/herbal tea. 6:22pm a bowl of lemon yogurt, cut up banana, and topped with honey oat cereal.  
7pm walked on the treadmill for 59 minutes.  
Morning weight in: 138.4
