9:40am a zebra cake (270) & coffee. 1pm gummy snacks. (80) 2pm strawberry yogurt, (90) banana, (25) and honey oat cereal. 6pm cup of green tea. 6:53pm a hamburger patty w/ cheese. 7:20pm 8 cornbread crisps. (140)  
Morning weight in: 140.4
