9:30am coffee. 11:36am roast beef mashed potatoes & gravy. (200) 2:38pm 16 wheat thins. (140) 5:27pm 2 hamburger patties.  
10 am walk 26 min. 4pm treadmill 1hr.  
Morning weight in: 122.0
