8:37am sausage, egg, and cheese croissant (169) and small hash browns. (251) 2:40pm salad- cut up tomato and cucumbers w/ shredded lettuce and ranch. 8:34pm 2 pork chops & mashed potatoes.

 

7pm workout out for 55 minutes.
