10:50am small bowl of frozen green grapes, strawberry yogurt, and honey oat flakes. 2pm bacon, egg, and cheese hot pocket. (320) 7pm bowl of cereal.

 

8:04pm walked on the treadmill for an hour and 3 minutes.
