9:30am 2 cookies and coffee. 2:26pm a bowl of lemon yogurt & honey oat cereal. 3:43pm cup of herbal tea. 5:35pm leftover macaroni. 8:10pm small dish of strawberry ice cream.

 

6:50am walked outside for 23 minutes. 6pm walked outside for 10 minutes.

 

Morning weight in: 139.4

No I didn't feel faint.
