7:10am leftover supper & coffee. 12:42pm 2 cookies and coffee. 4:20pm cup of herbal tea. 6:29pm a little bit of cantaloupe & a bowl of blueberry yogurt w/ honey oat cereal.

 

5:40pm walked outside for 22 minutes.

 

Morning weight in: 138.8

eating like a bird !!

I personally feel like I eat a bit too much, Lately I've been debating about times I  should eat and if so how much i should eat. For example I if eat late in the morning (9am) what time should I eat lunch, Maybe at 1 or 2pm Give myself a 5-6 hour window in between meals.
