10:30am coffee. 11:13am an almond cookie. 11:40am hamburger patty w/ ketchup, tomato, diced Ionians, and mac n’ cheese. 2:23pm cut up cucumber w/ ranch. 7:20pm piece of cake. 8:30pm five cheese hot pocket.
I ended up eating the rest of the mac ‘n cheese. (Which I haven’t done in awhile) I feel like I’m slowly eating too much again. I KNOW I can cut down eating. I just have to get myself to do it and stop giving in so damn easily. Pretty sure the scale will be high tomorrow morning.
