8:03am 2 zebra cakes (330) & coffee. 1:21pm lemon yogurt (150) w/ a banana. 3:58pm small piece of plain cake. 5:24pm has browns/ ground meat.
We didn’t put frosting on the cake, just add cool whip after taking a piece. Plus the cake is red velvet.
I think I did ok today, it’s just the time gap between yogurt & the cake was too soon. I should’ve just not had the cake at all.
