2:30pm 6 chocolate peanut butter cookies. (600) 6pm 2 cheeseburger patties.

 

Morning weight in: 133.6

 

10-29-20
9am coffee. 11:20pm 2 cheeseburgers. (600) 6:30pm small dish of grapes. 7:15pm mac ‘n cheese & 3 chicken nuggets.

 

4pm walked on the treadmill for 2 hours.
