1pm spaghetti & meatballs. (290) 3:30pm a banana. (105) 6pm made taco salad. (So good!)
Lately I’ve been snacking late at night. Last night I ate a big bowl of cereal with coffee at 11pm.
The night before that I had a bowl of ice cream at 12am.
I thought I was doing good eating one meal a day. Reality is making me realize the choices I’m making aren’t working now.
