10am coffee. 1:12pm 2 slices of pizza. (330) 4:40pm cup of green tea w/ sugar packet. 6:20pm cheese & bologna sandwich.
I have been exercising every night for an hour at 9. It helps keep me on track and I don’t eat when I shouldn’t be. Plus it helps me get ready for bed.
Morning weight in: 128.4
