I am planning to fast the whole weekend (Water fast) as a way to dip my toes in the ocean.
Watched a lot of thinspo and wore a waist trainer, helps a lot with cravings.
I also tell myself, the feeling I have is not hunger, I am nauseous, not hungry.
Stocking up on zero cal. energy drinks tmr, for next week's low restriction + hardcore training in the gym.
Super excited! I am ready to see my body the way I have always wanted it to be.
Its 2 AM and I fucking binged, want to puke, and it´s not helping that my drunk ass brother is purging at the toilet beside my room!! To future me, Don´t fast because you are bulimic and you know your patterns with binging, purging, fasting!
