I saw this low restriction diet and I thought, "let's try it", so I am trying it
I started on Monday(yesterday) and I was loosely counting my calories because I was moving a lot and I was busy too.
Today I exercised and ate approximately 500 kcal, but I am not a hundred percent sure.
I can´t have gone pass 600 at least, because I used the lifesum app to count most of my cal. today. (def. exercising more later)
Thinking about updating every week here, and my goal is to not go pass the weekly calorie intake.
My max cal. for this week is 2300kcal. I will also update my weight, whenever I get the chance to weigh myself.
