Starving Artist Diet : Day 1 - I'm a Tad Bit Really Out of Shape
Day 1 (600calories) (June 29th, 2020)

Total Intake: 420/600
Exercise: 360c burned
GW1: 100lbs (45kg)
GW2: 95lbs (43kg)
UGW: 90lbs (41kg)
A few things, I'm a bit nervous to say what I had for breakfast and so that will remain a mystery and two, I don't count burned calories from my workout due to personal reasons. Updates will occur on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and finally 24th which is the last day of the diet. This is done simply for my own sanity, but I will provide details on the previous days (if that makes sense). Imagine posting everyday, respect for the brave souls that do. I personally like doing diets, they're fun and aren't entirely repetitive.
Today, I exercised for and hour. It was painful to say the least. My plain is to exercise 2 hours a day at least 3 times a week, but it's been a while since I've done a jumping jack haha...
Let's pretend my 5'1/154cm self hasn't done this before...
