Starving Artist Diet: Day 24 - The Last Day, Life Lessons, and A Classy Review.
Day 24 (75 calories) (July 22th, 2020)
June 29th: 103lbs(47kg)
July 3rd: 101.7lbs(46kg)

GW1: 100lbs (45kg)

Don't get me wrong, I binged on the 22nd and a few other days, but it's crazy. From June 29th to July 22nd, I lost I lost almost 5 pounds. It's sad in the sense it's been almost a month and even though I didn't give up, I didn't lose as much as I wanted to. That said, I was skinny to begin with and I could have binged it all back, but I didn't... yay
I tried exercising 3 times a week, but after the first and a half weeks, I gave up and literally became a couch potato. One of my favorite things to eat were boiled egg whites, yogurt, and string cheese. However, my biggest weakness was ritz crackers.
The worst part wasn't really about feeling empty or hungry more so bored and lonely looking for things to do, and thinking if anyone noticed what was going on with me.
I'm floating through life at the moment~
