Today's intake: 200 calories
Exercise: cycling 1,5 h

 

So, today went quite well. I didn't plan on eating that little but I wasn't that hungry. I don't know if I will count my calories because I'm quite fed up with thinking about calories all the time. I think it would be fine if I just restricted and ate as little as possible without focusing so much on the numbers.
