Hungry and Full of smog + yesterday's entry
I am writing to you from deep in my depression corner, hiding from my roommate because I smell like cigarette smoke.
The past few days have been weird, I just finished my midterms for school so I have all this time now, and I am really hating it. Just more time to stress and not know what to do with myself. I just keep sleeping hoping to wake up in another day.
Anyways, here was my info for yesterday:
- Daily intake: 0 cals
- Exercise: 1 hour of roller skating, 1 hour of walking.
- Food list: coffee (one cup), red wine (1 glass)
- Net calories consumed: 0 cals
- Weed/cig use: Heavy weed day

Height: 5'2 (157.48cm)
Starting weight: 95 lbs
Current weight: 92.4 lbs
Weight loss since start: - 2.6 lbs
Starting BMI: 17.4
Current BMI: 16.8
I have been really bloated, maybe my period, and it looks like I went up half a pound but I'm hoping it just water weight. I'll weigh in tomorrow and see if there's any change. I haven't eaten in a while, tomorrow is actually the end of a 65hr fast I'm doing with some other people. So maybe I'll eat a bit then? Or maybe I'll feel good and just keep going with it. We'll see, and I'll keep you posted.
