It's been awhile lol
Okay so I said I was going to keep my self accountable but then so many dinners and junkfood were bought in between then and now so I'm trying to start again. I was 150.8 this morning and have been in a deficit again for about a week. I went grocery shopping last night with my mom and bought a lot of low calories snacks. I am a volume eater so I try to buy the lowest calories stuff I can find and replace meals with them. My usual plan is to eat a small breakfast (1 cup and a half of dry cereal or a rice cake with spread on top with a banana) and suck on some hard candy or eat small low cal snacks throughout the day and eat a small dinner (like a bit of beef and 3/4 cups of califlower rice or soup of some kind), somtimes not even eating a meal and just eating another snack. It's worked so far but suprisngly my stomach hasn't shrunk at all. Usually by a 4 days into a calorie deficit, my stomach has already shrunk and I'm not that hungry but oh well I guess. Hopefull I don't struggle too hard. I'm planning on buying a new bike sometime soon for exercise. My city has a decently sized circle, spanning from the outside of my neighborhood, going all the way around a plaza type area and back around again. It's about 3-3 1/2 miles so pretty good and I don't like to walk outside when it's hot because I get discoloration from the sun tanning me unevenly (I'm black btw). I don't know when I am getting it because my parents have been busy trying to buy my sister a car. I have AP exams (4 to be exact) coming up this month so fuck me but I've accepted that I'm gonna get a 2 so I'm not super stressted (which I know is bad lol), at least I have A's in the classes. Anyways, that's about it. I'm going to try my best this time around since it's almost summer and I want to enjoy it for once.
