so today i fasted bc i ended up having like 800 cals yesterday. i had a zero cal monster cause i kept falling asleep but outside of that i jus had a fuck ton of water :3 feelin p good! i plan on fasting 12 hours tmrw minimum and then mayb letting myself have an apple! thank u for reading if u did~
