
Regaining my self confidence 2021
Had my monthly Dr check in and did well. I have lost 20.8 lbs in month. Feeling good on the low calorie diet they put me on. Even finding it hard to eat all of it sometimes. So I was on day 3 of fasting and was feeling a bit weak so I decided to break my fast so I would have energy for work. I saw some congee in my fridge and decided to heat it up. When I took it out i started stirring it and must have opened up a steam bubble and like a volcanic eruption it exploded in my face! I had to go to the ER with 2nd degree burns on...
Still trying to fast. I broke and tried to eat food and only got a few bites in before being done. It was grilles cauliflower and zucchini. So basically no calories. May try to fast for the rest of the day.

Nothing too exciting the last couple of days. Managed to fast all of yesterday and looking like it's going to continue throughout today as well.

So I woke up to my another goal of 175 lbs. Then I went to my friend's house.... Ate way too much and mini binged on probably 1200-1500 calories of junk food. Time to fast until Monday for my next weigh in. Food definitely wasn't worth it.
Yesterday was uneventful. I had total of about 500 calories.
Breakfast : chicken congee 250
Dinner: sweet chili peanut cauliflower rice :250
Today I am back on track with my protein. Breakfast : black coffee and half small apple :40
Lunch: beef and asparagus: 140
Dinner: same as lunch: 140
Snacks: other half of apple and 4 melba toasts: 120...

So as I had said in previous blogs I am seeing a nutritionist for my weight loss. I see them once a week for a weigh in and b12 injection. I've been seeing them for only 2 weeks. My first week I had lost 10 lbs. Last week they put me on a new diet called the hcg diet. It's where I can only eat 500 calories a day and I'm taking hcg injections every morning...
