Rice & beans for lunch- 450
Chocolate egg- 25
Few bites of dinner- ~30
I baked bannana bread and OH MY GOSH I have no idea how I didn't eat it.
(TMI I chewed and spit some of it though, so for those of you who want to log that as a few extra calories, I get it.)
I went to theatre reheasals today and got a really good workout in. The choreography for "Hygge" is very physical
You know, I dont feel bad about my intake today.
