i really need to work on not eating at night.
today i had brown bread & marmalade around 9:44pm, and i wasn't even that hungry. habit, i guess. does anyone have a good tactic to avoid this?

 

~ 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 ~
net: 1315 – 337 = 978
not from fruits/veggies: 1030/1315 = 78.3%

–1200 cal
+1hr exercise
X no snacking
X no eating past 8pm

My way to avoid eating at night is to go brush my teeth immediately after eating dinner. It takes away the urge to eat because I hate going to sleep with food taste in my mouth and im too lazy to brush my teeth a second time, so id rather not eat anymore.
