Upped my intake bc I will go nuts if I don't  Breakfast: porridge with pb2 / 249 Lunch: super good quiche with veggies on the side / 393 Dinner: noods with tomato sauce / 437 + protein bar & 2 nectarines / 273 Total: 1352  Probably won't lose any significant weight on that but my mental health needs it
