So, I haven't really been successfully at losing weight lately. To motivate and take accountability for myself I have created this blog. If you have similar goals to me you can message me if you want to !

 

First things first, my stats:
CW: ~61kg/135 Eww (some days 58 some days 62 idk anymore) 164cm/5'4 and I'm 15
Goal (for now): 55kg till summer. It's totally doable you just have to be disciplined.

 

Rules:
- Weed only once a week.
1.You don't even really enjoy it. 2.The munchies are the death of you.

 

- Full on b/p only 1 time a week.
Non negotiable. You feel shit after and you can never be sure you got it all up. Plus do you want your parents to notice and be worried?

 

- Calorie limit while at school: 1300
- Calorie limit with boyfriend: 2000
If you go over you HAVE to restrict harder the next day. Is that worth it?

 

- Don't eat back exercise calories.

 

- DO NOT LET ANYONE ELSE NOTICE AND WORRY !

 

- MOST IMPORTANT: Post intake every single day. Preferably with pictures.
