Notes: so I will have lost about ~ 2.5kg this month, so another month of this and I'll be at 55kg yey. After that I plan to maintain for the rest of summer and lose another 5 kg at the beginning of school and maintain from there, I think that's a pretty attainable goal. I plan to maintain in summer at ~ 1500-1600 so I have some wiggle room if I do overeat.
I also want to limit my purging more. AN doesn't fuck me up that hard physically but oh boy bulimia wrecks my body.
