Good Monday folk, Last Thursday I let loose in the evening and ate everything I wanted. Which wasn't too much and too bad but it was some cookies, two bananas with an unlimited amount of peanut butter, also some other things, I would guess maybe around 1500-2000kcal for the day.
I felt quite guilty, not about the calories, more about the not-so-healt...

I had my first EMDR therapy session today. My therapist suggested EMDR to work through my trauma and bad relationship PTSD. The concept is really interesting and as surprised as I am atm, it does feel like it really works.
