I knew having that Twix was a bad idea, but I just wanted it because it was there. I can't get caught up in that cycle, making it a habit of eating when I'm bored.

12:50pm macaroni w/ mixed vegetables & 4 chicken nuggets. 6:10pm bowl ice cream.  
7pm exercised for 10 min. Took a break until 8pm exercised 20 minutes. 8:30pm exercised for 40 minutes.  
Obviously it won't be like this every night. I was just getting myself back into moving around around more.

Last night at 8 I did have a bowl of ice cream. However I exercised at 6:20 pm for 20 minutes.
