Diet Member Diet



There are so many diets across the MPA website to see which one fits most comfortably with my ED. I don’t want an unhealthy relationship with food. I know that sounds redundant considering that I just mentioned I have an ED, but by unhealthy relationship I mean that I don’t want to comfort eat and binge anymore like I did last year. I want to get to a place where I feel better about my body, and I believe that this will be the way to get there.

 

As much as I loved the challenge of the ABC, as well as the numbers and results, doing it for 50 days felt impossible sometimes. That’s why I’ve looked into a range of diets across MPA and condensed them into week long versions. For the MPA Circuit Diet, you get a blank calendar that allows you to slot in the diets you wish to try in their weekly formats. You do not have to try every diet! For example, the Alice diet relies heavily on drinking tea which I do not drink. So I will be omitting that from my personal calendar.

 

Your MPA Circuit diet can go for as few or as many weeks as you’d like it to; the duration that I will be on my MPA Circuit Diet is twelve weeks. Also you are allowed to double up! Say for example, the 2468 diet is your diet of preference. You can include this week more than once on your calendar. I recommend keeping variation in your diet and intake numbers though, to keep your metabolism vigilant and to experience different levels of intake throughout your circuit calendar.
