Had an unpictured coffee w/ 2 Splenda: 9 cal
Then I allowed myself to have some protein today cuz I never eat any.
Half sandwich with tuna & cucumber: 99 cal

Then, I made pasta for dinner for the family. And since it was for the family I had to use olive oil ☹️ & don't know how many calories. 931daed12e01b4d814a63fb5fd4b6050.jpg
Ended up eating a little more than pictured. Estimating at around ~400 ?

Then I had two of these kinder chocolates 142 cal. They're so good tho

AND because I'm a lardass I had a rice Krispy treat I have no self control. I am disgusting. 80 cal

So total: 730 cal.
But I feel more comfortable saying between 750-800 because of that pasta.. Ugh. But what if I'm still wrong. What if the pasta was like 600 and I'm way underestimating. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I have friend's here way to many times so usually I have to guess my food and round it up b/c if I measure it they will sure ask me out and I don't want them to know about my eating habits... so I try to struggle with guessing my food and with eating enough to make sure they won't notice anything while trying to eat not to many calories so yeah I feel you about that.

+ unpictured 30 cal hot coco (30)
+ unpictured mini Reese's (18)
+ handful of popcorn (15)

Total: 163
Net: -153

Really proud of myself for breaking a 3 day binge cycle and having a v low cal day to reset myself. It was supposed to be a fast but because I exercised a lot I knew there was no way I'd make it on empty. Negative 153 cals is a lot better than +1500 I guess :)

Super simple - 3/4 cup of almond flour, Some paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Shook that shit up in a ziplock and used it to coat 8 of these little bitches for me and my fam, then baked at 400° F for 20 minutes (my 3 kids and husband all approved!) ENJOY!
