What time does everyone have their last meal?
My Stats Below:

Age: 20
Height: 5 ft 3 inches/160 cm
SW: 9 and a half stones/133
CW: 7 stones/98
GW: 6 and a half stones/91

I try to have it around  5 or 6 pm.

Yeah I go to sleep late I have my last meal at around 2-3 pm

6-7 pm.. I never eat after 8 pm.. Goes to sleep around midnight mostly

i can't sleep when i am hungry :/ i tend to eat nothing the whole day but befor I go to bed I can eat all my calories for that day. could be around 22pm. There are thousands of studies that falsify the hypothesis that the time of day matters.

i tend to have my dinner (small dinner) around 6-7pm but i cut off at 7pm

I agree with you I_already_ate.... What time you eat has no affect on weight loss... The only time it would is if you ate a huge meal that was over 16oz and then weighed when you woke up because your body needs time to digest.

I always eat late as long as its nothing like carbs or a meal because i wouldn't be able to get to sleep with something heavy in my stomach. But i always crave sweet things at around 9pm so I hav an apple and tea. I usually dont eat after 10pm and I go to bed around 11 or 12.

I recently read it's a myth that what you eat after a certain hour stays on.  It could affect your sleep tough...

6pm, unless its a school & work day then I have no choice but eat around 8pm because of how my work give us our breaks

I try to eat nothing after 5pm but.It's hard.. in the evening all my Hunger over the day breaks out together, very difficult to avoid food attacs..

I eat in the evening because that's the only time when my parents watch me eat or when my craving get really bad. :(

Like I get up in the morning: nothing

Lunch: nothing

dinner: whatever I have to eat. :-(

i eat every few hourse bc meal plan and my metabolism MUST KEEP BURNING OFF MY FAT.

I eat at 8pm and sleep by 1-2am.


Dont fucking give up.

Newer after 8pm. Mostly because if I eat later I'll feel bloated nauseous and terrible in the morning. Going to bed hungry is the feeling~

I get home from school at 4 and I don't eat after 7 so any time between there is when I have my last bit of food (:
